Flaming Souls

Salman, age 25, is afflicted with a congenital defect and still a child at heart. The sympathy of his mother, however, contrasts with the cruel treatment he receives from his stepfather and companions. The dynamics of joy and tragedy.

Director: Jordan Anefalos

Liam, 24, sentenced to three months of community service in a retirement home, meets Joseph, a Greek pensioner and widower who does not want to die. Winner of the Audience Awards at Caumartin, Best Actor at the Villejuif Festival for Walid ben Mabrouk, Best Movie and Best Actor at International Short Film Festival Paul Simon in Tregueux.

 

Crutch

With a scene that focuses on the cultural values of respecting ones parents, Crutch teaches about the importance of being kind to oneself and those around you by not jumping to conclusions.
